The Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry will honor Carlos Graupera, Felicia K. Bechtel and Michael E. Walmer at its 136th annual dinner tonight.

Graupera, president of the Spanish American Civic Association, will receive the Exemplar Award, which honors a person or business who best exemplifies the chamber's mission.

Bechtel, president of Enviroscan Inc., will receive the Athena Award, which recognizes a professional who inspires women to achieve their fullest potential.

Walmer, president of Electron Energy Corp., will receive the Small Business Person of the Year, which honors a small business owner for contributions to the overall business climate and the small business community.
