Overlooking Exmouth Marina and the Exe Estuary, Olivants cafe bar
and restaurant has been sold by licensed property specialist
Stonesmith of Exeter.
It has now been renamed The Point Bar and Grill by the new
proprietor, Nick Hunt.
Nick is returning to the Westcountry, where he grew up, bringing
with him a wealth of licensed trade knowledge and experience, having
worked in sales and marketing in the drinks industry for the past 15
years.
He plans to refresh both the interior and exterior of the
property to create a more relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The Point Bar and Grill will offer breakfast, lunch and light
bites during the day with a menu that will cater for all tastes in
the evening.
