DO YOU fancy a posh lunch with a mate at a top hotel in town
after a busy morning in the office or shopping?
Yes - you and half of Birmingham! But, like most people, the
prices of such establishments often frighten you away.
Well they don't need to any more with the great value Simply du
Vin menu at the impressive Hotel du Vin on Church Street, just off
Colmore Row.
For just pounds 10.95 a head, you can enjoy a one course meal
with a glass of wine and coffee. It sounds too good to be true, so a
couple of Birmingham Mail testers dropped by to try out the menu.
There were three main dishes available in the pounds 10.95 offer
when we visited.
