IRISH eyes are smiling in Birmingham with the launch of a new CD from singing star Mary Duff who loves performing in the city.

The 20-track Love Songs album gives her thousands of fans a chance to hear some of the music they have enjoyed at live shows.

Award-winning Mary, from Meath in southern Ireland, has a successful international career as a solo artist and is celebrating 21 years touring as regular guest star with superstar DanielO'Donnell.

She joined him for his first UK tour in the 1980s with a modest gig at Birmingham Town Hall.

Now they perform at sell-out shows in the National Indoor Arena.

During their most recent visit they received awards marking the success of their duets ...
