La Chimenea, N112-W15251 Mequon Road, Germantown. She wrote:
"My spouse and I visit La Chimenea a few times a month and my
spouse really enjoys their Chile Verde dinner. Although we have had
other great dishes from this restaurant, my spouse keeps going back
to the Chile Verde. Is it possible to get the recipe?"
Hector Jiminez, general manager, sent the recipe. He wrote:
"Thank you so much for requesting our Chile Verde recipe. Some
patrons like to spice it up a bit, and this dish certainly does
that. The guajillo peppers can be found at local Mexican grocers or
spice stores. Enjoy!"
