Article: Longtime Elk Grove residents win new home with magic key

Longtime Elk Grove Village residents Emil and Barbara Schiavo have won a 3,200-square-foot furnished house in Elk Grove Village in a promotional sweepstakes.

"Our first home in Elk Grove was a Centex home," said Emil, a freelance photographer [and a grandfather]. "And we are currently on our second Centex home, here in Elk Grove. The home we won will make our third Centex home. We love living here. Elk Grove is a wonderful place to raise a family."
