The guard is part of the ship's brief three-day visit to Hull before its deployment to the North Atlantic.

The Iron Duke is the official warship of Hull and enjoys close ties with her hometown, the Yorkshire regiment, and Sea Cadet unit TS Iron Duke.

These ties, of course, include having Hull City fans as part of her ship's company.
