I've only met Harriet Harman three times, the last occasion when she was the only deputy leadership candidate who took time to venture into the far South West and meet Labour Party members in a Camborne living room.

She comes across as a bit po-faced and serious but as I spoke to her I remembered an incident 20 years ago ...
