The deputy Labour Party leader and Leader of the House of Commons doesn't ooze false flirty charm, she's not an MP with fluttering eyelids and a flash of thigh. I've only met Harriet Harman three times, the last occasion when
she was the only deputy leadership candidate who took time to
venture into the far South West and meet Labour Party members in a
