Investigations are taking place after a Lincoln voter claims he
was the victim of electoral fraud.
Tom Kupper, head of the glazing team at Lincoln Cathedral, was
astonished when staff at his local polling station told him his vote
had already been cast in Thursday's local elections.
Mr Kupper, who lives in Minster ward, said "They told me I had
already voted, but I hadn't so someone must have used my name.
"You only need to say your name and address to vote. You don't
even need the polling card, which ...
