The old homeless centre at Factory Row was once the mortuary for Torbay Hospital.

It has now gone and soon we will see a new building take its place. Purpose built for the homeless. Should Torbay be proud of this new resource or is it a waste of money? Will it bring problems into the centre of Torquay? Shouldn't we be spending money on more deserving projects? And anyway isn't this is a social problem not a medical one?
