Torquay builders Rok have handed over a cheque for pounds2,180 to
the UK's leading children's cancer charity, CLIC Sargent.
After winning the title 'Exemplar Rok Business', employees from
Rok's Torquay office decided to donate half of their prize money to
CLIC Sargent.
Employees and customers, along with a number of consultants and
contractors who work across Torquay, also helped top up the amount
for the children's cancer charity with funds raised during a sports
day organised by Rok.
Kizzy Brown, community fundraising manager in Devon and Cornwall
received the cheque on behalf of CLIC Sargent.
