QUESTION: When going to a show at The Grand, the charge at the
parking ramp is $2 and then you can just drive out after the show
(great idea). But at the ramp by Five Flags you drive in, no money
is collected, you go to the show and then have to wait more than20
minutes to get out of the ramp because you have to stick the ticket
in the machine and pay to get out as cars are lined up waiting to
exit. Why?ANSWER: Although the wait is inconvenient, there are
several reasons why the Five Flags parking ramp does not
precollect."We try to find a balance of staffing or not staffing the
