The volunteers that trooped to Gramercy Park on the morning of Saturday, April 26 must have thought that the Ides of March were making their appearance over a month late. To say that they were wind-blown might be an understatement.Despite a mighty cool temperature for April 26 and a strong and steady wind that felt like it originated close to the North Pole, volunteers pitched in at the many tasks assigned them by members of the Gramercy Park Foundation.
