The volunteers that trooped to Gramercy Park on the morning of
Saturday, April 26 must have thought that the Ides of March were
making their appearance over a month late. To say that they were
wind-blown might be an understatement.Despite a mighty cool
temperature for April 26 and a strong and steady wind that felt like
it originated close to the North Pole, volunteers pitched in at the
many tasks assigned them by members of the Gramercy Park Foundation.
Working alongside each other, a considerable amount of progress was
made.The group, participating in the Dubuque Volunteer Weekend, had
