A Penn Township man is in Westmoreland County Prison after his
fourth arrest for indecent exposure.
Samuel Belak, 56, of 159 Long Drive was charged Wednesday with
indecent exposure, open lewdness and resisting arrest. He was
arraigned before Penn Township District Judge Helen Kistler. Bond
was set at $10,000.
Police Chief Mike Mastroianni said Belak was on Long Drive
shortly before 10 a.m. Wednesday wearing a winter coat as a female
drove by. Mastroianni said Belak lifted his coat and exposed
himself.
"Officers arrived at the scene within moments and he was still
