Indonesia to limit fuel consumption with electric card
JAKARTA, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia's plan to limit fuel
consumption using electric card is finally being rolled out wit a
budget of 300 billion rupiah (around 32.6 million U.S. dollars),
local press said Friday.
The public use of the so-called Smart Card is expected before
July.
Oil and gas regulating body BPH Migas is now waiting for a team
from the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry to issue a decree as
the legal basis to implement the program, reported major newspaper

"We will immediately open an auction for the procurement process
for the program as soon as the decree is in place," BPH Migas
