KINSHASA, May 23 (Xinhua) -- The preservation of the forests and energy issues were at the center of discussions when President Joseph Kabila of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) met with French Environment Minister Jean-Louis Borloo, the local press announced Friday.
