HK Customs cracks down on sale of modified game consoles

HONG KONG, May 29 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong Customs officers said here Thursday that games consoles with circumvention devices worth a total of 110,000 HK dollars (14,103 about US dollars) were seized at an operation on May 28.

The Customs conducted the territory-wide operation code-named " Intruder" to crack down on retail activities involving the modification of game consoles to enable customers to play pirated games on the hardware.
