SANTA FE SPRINGS - The city recently approved initial plans for
two major improvement projects at Little Lake Park and the
Neighborhood Center.
The price tag for both is more than $3 million.
"Both projects will benefit the community," said Al Fuentes,
project manager of A.C. Lazzaretto and Associates, a consulting firm
based in Burbank.
The renovation for the Neighborhood Center, 9255 Pioneer Blvd.,
is budgeted for $2.5 million, and $832,000 for the project at Little
Lake Park, 10900 Pioneer Blvd.
The projects are included in a six-year capital improvement
program and will be paid for using Community Development Commission
money.
