I Am one of thousands who is concerned at the perceived threat to
the long-term future of the present agreement between Great Western
Ambulance Service and the Wiltshire Constabulary that provides the
excellent Wiltshire Air Ambulance Service.
The front page headline of the Western Daily Press of May 26,
"Air ambulance is safe with us", indicates that the Wiltshire Air
Ambulance is safe in the hands of GWAS, but then I read on and it
became clear that all that the GWAS hierarchy is offering is a two-
year extension of the present agreement.
The members of the public supporting the Press and media campaign
on this matter are not fools.
We can see that GWAS bosses are merely trying to buy ...
