The two North Lincolnshire member clubs of the East Yorkshire
Cricket Alliance are enjoying their sport, despite all the
travelling (and expense) involved in crossing the Humber Bridge to
play matches on the north bank.
Brigg Town and East Halton are in Division Three, with Brigg Town
2nds operating in Division Four.
This is Brigg's first season in the competition, but East Halton
are well established.
They have already faced each other at Brigg Recreation Ground,
Town gaining a winning draw in a high-scoring encounter.
Brigg 2nds have made an excellent start and could well be
challenging for the title, if they keep this up.
No umpires are appointed to matches in Divisions Three and Four
