A New Jersey man withdrew a federal lawsuit Monday against a
Pittsburgh company he blamed for helping scalpers get tickets for a
Hannah Montana concert at Mellon Arena.
Boaz Lissauer filed the lawsuit in January against RMG
Technologies Inc. and several ticket brokers. Lissauer claimed the
Downtown business sold software that allowed ticket brokers to buy
concert tickets through Ticketmaster faster than ordinary customers.
Lissauer's attorney, Peter Overs, said the lawsuit likely would
be refiled against other companies.
"We're continuing to negotiate for information for other types of
defendants that might be more culpable," Overs said. "Frankly, we
don't have all the information."
