Iraq calls for Japan's help in restoring telecom networkTOKYO, March 3 (Xinhua) -- Visiting Iraqi Communications Minister Hayadar al- Abadi on Wednesday called on Japan to help rebuild telecommunications networks damaged in the Iraq war in a meeting with his Japanese counterpart Taro Aso.
