Eight-kg tumor removed from Tibetan woman

LHASA, April 27 (Xinhua) -- The People's Hospital in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region successfully removed an 8.2-kg tumor from the back of a 66-year-old Tibetan woman recently.

Dainre, a doctor in charge and director of the People's Hospital, said it was rare to see such a big tumor and it took four hours to remove it.
