NATO chief urges Serbia-Montenegro to cooperate with UN war crimes tribunal

BELGRADE, July 19 (Xinhua) -- NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer urged Serbia-Montenegro authorities on Monday in Belgrade to fully cooperate with the Hague-based UN war crimes tribunal.
