It was difficult to tell what was more impressive about right-
hander Seth McClung's outing Tuesday night for the Milwaukee
Brewers.
Holding a first-place team to one run over six innings is
certainly commendable, especially considering it was just the third
start of the year for the erstwhile reliever.
But how do you explain coming into a game with no career hits and
going 2 for 2 against Randy Johnson, a sure-fire first-ballot Hall
of Famer?
"Randy Johnson is one of the greatest pitchers of all time," said
McClung, who increased the degree of difficulty by batting left-
handed. "I just saw it and swung. As much respect as I have for
Randy and everything he has done, I'd just like to have ...
