BaySys upgrades planes
Airplanes can get face-lifts, too.
BaySys West has redelivered a Boeing 747SP aircraft and was
awarded work on multiple cabin and cockpit upgrades.
This interior modification program encompassed numerous system
upgrades and new installations, including completion of heavy
maintenance inspection and interior seating reconfiguration.
The upgrades include: LCD projector and monitor installations,
DVD/CD and XM installations, airshow upgrade, Aircell and Aerocomm
installations and in-seat A/V installation.
Cabin upgrades included installation of a new shower in the VIP
lavatory, and first-class seating reconfiguration and refurbishment.
