Indonesia foresees 10 pct rise in fuel consumption

JAKARTA, June 4 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia's full-year fuel consumption is set to rise 10 percent on the back of a growing economy and a rising number of vehicles, local press reported Wednesday.

The nation's fuel consumption is predicted to rise to 39.1 million kiloliters (kl) this year despite the recent 28.6 percent hike in fuel prices.
