The former Bird-in-Hand Bakery at 555 Greenfield Road reopened
late last month as Ashton's at Greenfield.
The new neighborhood bakery and cafe is a partnership between
Bird-in-Hand Corp. and the former Ashton's Bagel Cafe, which was
located at 2801 Lincoln Highway East in Ronks, near Miller's
Smorgasbord.
Ashton's at Greenfield combines elements of both businesses,
offering a wide range of coffees including lattes, espressos and
frappuccinos, in addition to Bird-in-Hand's full line of bakery
items. It also has sandwiches and hot food and salad bars.
Hours: 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 9
