Sights and sounds of the Highlands of Scotland were evident as
Ann Claudine Anderson and Dr. David Lyle Hunt were united in
marriage Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 2 oclock in the afternoon at
Thrasher Memorial United Methodist Church, Vinton. The Rev. Dr.
Robin Colwell officiated. The scripture reader was Kay H. Alford of
McComb, Mississippi, sister of the groom. A reception followed at
Jones Fellowship Hall, catered by Schaals.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred C. Anderson of
Vinton and the granddaughter of Mrs. Edna D. Anderson of Vinton, the
late William H. Anderson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Riley.
