Police warn that a man suspected of shooting a 20-year-old Charleston man in a parking lot near a downtown bar is armed and dangerous.

Charleston police today identified a suspect in the shooting, which occurred about 3:15 a.m. Tuesday in a parking lot on Hale Street and Kanawha Boulevard, said Lt. Jerry Pauley of the Charleston Police Department.
