This is a favorite recipe of mine, but it's not exactly good for

1 pound chicken breast
1/4 cup butter
1 cup frozen, chopped spinach, drained
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
12 ounces jumbo shells, cooked
Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup cream
Saute the chicken breasts in the 1/4 cup butter until browned.
Cut into very small pieces and combine with the spinach, ricotta,
Parmesan and mozzarella. To make the sauce, melt the butter and add
