1/4 cup butter

1 cup frozen, chopped spinach, drained

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

12 ounces jumbo shells, cooked

Sauce:

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup flour

3 cups milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup cream
