The trial of three men who are accused of allowing Ecstasy to be
sold in the Dance Academy has finished hearing evidence.
Manoucehr Bahmanzadeh, aged 51, of Union Street, Tom Costelloe,
aged 37, of Westminster Close, Honiton, and Justin Hayward, 26, of
Limerick Place, St Judes, all deny the charge and Hayward gave the
last of his evidence in Plymouth Crown Court yesterday.
The former assistant manager admitted that after being arrested,
questioned and then released by police he set off for Cornwall for a
few days to get over the ordeal. On his return he wrote a letter of
resignation and with the large collection of keys to the Union
