WOOSTER -- Because of the good Habitat for Humanity of Wayne County does for countless families, more and more people in the area have a place to call home. To help raise money for Habitat's cause, which is to build simple, decent, affordable housing for low-income families, the auxiliary group Hearts for Habitat was formed.

"The purpose of Hearts is to raise funds to help Habitat ... and also help the staff at Habitat with mailings of newsletters, special events at the Habitat ReStore, as well as providing lunches for the Saturday volunteers at the ReStore," explained Hearts for Habitat member Pat Petsch.
