There's still a lot of groaning in the marketplace about the state of NZ broadband, but for a new business on the scene it doesn't appear to dent the scent of opportunity out there even though they need good speeds to make it happen for their clients.

"We've hit the watershed 50% penetration to homes, Telecom has been sliced and diced and no matter who wins the elections there's some much-needed investment on the way," says Alexander, director of OETV Productions (soon to rebrand as PRTV Media). "The stars are coming into alignment for a downhill run towards ubiquitous and decent broadband in NZ.
