Dear Ed:

I refer to your "Lynchy missing in action" report on AdFest in the latest AdMedia. I hope you will allow me to clear up a few things.

Michael was not "missing in action" and he is never "usually omnipresent" at AdFest. He has only ever attended AdFest once - that was three years ago when he attended following a personal invitation from them.

As AdFest is an Asian award show - Michael leaves it to me and I have attended every year for the past nine years. In turn I leave AWARD and Axis to Michael as these are Australasian based. As for the Bali Spikes, again Michael has never made the trip but I have attended every year.
