Women across the region are being encouraged to take part in a
charity walk with a difference.
Dove House Hospice's 12-mile midnight walk will take place
overnight on August 23 into August 24.
The ladies-only event will begin at Hessle Youth Centre, at
Hessle High School in Heads Lane, Hessle, and take participants over
the Humber Bridge, around Barton and back to the youth centre.
Dove House Hospice in Chamberlain Road, east Hull, offers
specialist palliative care to adults with life-limiting illnesses
and all money raised from the midnight walk will go to the charity.
Each walker will be asked to pay a registration fee of pounds10
and will receive a pink midnight walk T-shirt, a pair of ...
