Asif Kapadia (right), 29, is writer and director of `The Warrior',
a Rajasthan-set epic based on a Samurai folk tale. He was born in
Hackney, east London, the youngest of five children of Gujarati
immigrants. His debut has already piled up prizes, including the
Sutherland Award for most original first feature at the 2001 London
Film Festival.
Minneapolis-born Monty Python member Terry Gilliam, 62, is a
