Background: This appeal is from an order of Judge Larimer
sentencing the defendant, Keith Jones, to 121 months of imprisonment
for unlawful possession of cocaine base. Jones challenges the
sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction and the
reasonableness of his sentence. He argues the district court
miscalculated his sentencing guidelines range by relying on seized
currency to determine the drug quantity relevant to the possession
offense.
