MANHATTAN - The crowd was still clearing from the grounds of the 2008 Country Stampede late Sunday as organizers were tearing down the stage, clearing equipment and doing all the things needed to restore the site to its rest-of-the-year use as part of Tuttle Creek State Park.

Some of those leaving the 13th annual country music festival did so with tickets purchased for Country Stampede No. 14. However, before memories fade, how about some awards for Stampede '08.

Best Entertainer: As far as getting the most Stampeders' heads bobbing, Rascal Flatts did it by bringing their "Bob That Head" Tour to the Stampede.
