As the baby boomer generation ages, more and more will be enter
retirement.
Those who did not plan properly will find it difficult to afford
their monthly bills. This will become only more difficult as prices
continue to rise.
One possible solution is a reverse mortgage, which has been
gaining in popularity in the last few years. There are many
misconceptions surrounding this product, however, which could be
keeping people from maintaining the standard of living they prefer.
The most important (and generally the greatest) reason why people
do not opt for a reverse mortgage is the future ownership of the
