Attorneys for the estate of a Santa Fe man killed in a
drunkendriving accident on New Year's Day have pitched a legal
hardball to the court on the question of civil liability for the
fatal wreck.
M icah Henry, 23, a former Kirtland airman, was charged with
vehicular homicide in the criminal case. He also was named as a
defendant, along with Maloney's Tavern, in a wrongful death civil
lawsuit filed soon after the death of 44-year-old Marvin Garcia.
Now, attorneys Robert Ortiz and Roger Eaton at Will Ferguson and
Associates have filed another civil complaint against four Downtown
bars that served Henry on New Year's Day, alleging they collectively
