Attorneys for the estate of a Santa Fe man killed in a drunkendriving accident on New Year's Day have pitched a legal hardball to the court on the question of civil liability for the fatal wreck.

M icah Henry, 23, a former Kirtland airman, was charged with vehicular homicide in the criminal case. He also was named as a defendant, along with Maloney's Tavern, in a wrongful death civil lawsuit filed soon after the death of 44-year-old Marvin Garcia.
