Holiday hours in effect
Rochester City Hall, administrative offices and all NET offices
will be closed Friday in observance of Independence Day.
There also will be no refuse or recycling collection Friday.
Refuse and recycling collection will be delayed one day for the
remainder of the week.(i.e. Friday collections will be delayed until
Saturday).
Residents can contact the Office of Customer Satisfaction at 311
with any questions.
The Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County and all city
branches will be closed on Friday and will reopen on Saturday, July
5.
The Central Library at 115 South Ave. will remain closed on
