Council moves forward on north Redlands project

REDLANDS - The City Council fulfilled a formality Tuesday night by discussing the North Redlands Revitalization Plan at the City Council meeting.

Redevelopment Agency Director Dan Hobbs said California redevelopment law has strict rules for introducing a revitalization plan of this magnitude.

Because the city received two written objections to the project when the council discussed it June 17, the stringent procedure dictated the item be brought back for at least one council meeting.
