There is nothing new about school bullies - but technology like
mobile phones and the internet mean they are finding new ways to
operate. Post crime reporter JASON EVANS looks at the problem of
cyber bullying.
It is a sad fact of life that there have probably been school
bullies for as long as there have been schools.
Though it may have a long and ignoble history, in recent years
there has been less tolerance of it and a commitment to try to stamp
it out.
But a new form of bullying - cyber bullying - has emerged which
many regard as even more destructive than "traditional" verbal and
physical bullying.
