girlfriend on her myspace account pleaded guilty to stalking.

CHEYENNE - An 18-year-old man accused of posting a nude photo of
his former girlfriend on her MySpace page pleaded guilty to stalking
on Thursday.
He was sentenced in district court to a year of probation as the
result of a plea agreement.
Franklin L. Hocker did not make a statement before Judge Michael
Davis sentenced him.
And Hocker declined to comment after the hearing outside of the
courtroom.
Davis also ordered Hocker pay $150 to the victim's compensation
fund and more than $400 in public defender fees.
