Commission to discuss bank and credit union

REDLANDS - A new bank could be approved by the Planning Commission on Tuesday.

If approved, the 51,432 square-foot facility would be three stories tall. The project, presented by applicant Orange Tree Associates, originally came before the commission on May 27.

During the May 27 meeting, the commission did not take issue with the building's architecture, but asked that the applicant revise the plan to include a six-car queuing distance. The changes have been made to the final plans, according to the city staff report.
