On June 27 the WMN carried a full page advertisement feature
from the Cornish Pasty Association.
I have been eating pasties for over 70 years and consider myself
to be a bit of a connoisseur and, although home-made pasties are the
best, there are some excellent shop-bought products.
I must, however, question the definition of a genuine pasty given
in the article.
Included in the recipe is "uncooked mince or chunks of beef".
This is nonsense - any pasty made with mince is an abomination, and ...
