The victim of brutal city rapist Jakub Tomczak has spoken of her anger at discovering he is expected to serve the remainder of a double life sentence in his native Poland.

In an exclusive interview with the Echo, the woman, who is confined to a wheelchair, said she was serving a "living prison sentence" from the injuries Tomczak inflicted on her, while he was able to move back home.

Exeter MP Ben Bradshaw is now raising the woman's case with the Home Office and is seeking answers about what will happen next.
