(Special for CAFS)International Criminal Court suspends release of Congolese rebel leader

United Nations, July 8 (Xinhua) -- The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has suspended the release of Congolese rebel leader Thomas Lubanga Dyilo.

Lubanga, who was accused of recruiting child soldiers, among other crimes, will remain under custody until the court rules on the prosecutors' appeal, a UN press release said Tuesday.
