Officials with Annapolis-based Encore Construction Inc. recently
announced Adam White has been hired as a project manager. He will
oversee the processes and scheduling of restaurant, retail and
office projects from start to finish. Mr. White recently was with
Paragon Construction LLC, where he worked as a project manager. He
also was employed with James F. Knott Construction Inc.

Leroy T. Artis recently joined the Annapolis office of The
Lukmire Partnership as a project architect. He will be responsible
for managing projects from programming through construction. One of
his first projects will be the new South Bowie Branch Library.
